Manifatture Sigaro Toscano introduced the latest addition to the prestigious Toscano Master Aged line: the Toscano Master Aged Series 5.
Following the success of the first four editions of the Master Aged line, the family expands with a cigar that stands out for its impressive structure and intense smoke. It is 5 inches long, with a ring gauge of 50 at its widest point, tapering down to 38 at the tips. Manifatture Sigaro Toscano states that the Master Aged Series 5 develops “the generous dimensions of the Toscano Master Aged Series 5 provide an immediate impact upon lighting, allowing for a greater flow of smoke. The result is an intense, satisfying, and multi-layered smoking experience, captivating the senses with a complexity that fully expresses the essence of Kentucky tobacco.”
The Toscano Master Aged Series 5 is dressed up in a luscious Italian Kentucky tobacco wrapper, meticulously fire-cured and then stored in specially controlled rooms for ten days.
The filler is made of a refined blend of Italian and North American Kentucky tobaccos, exclusively sourced from the highest leaf positions. Completing this masterpiece is the signature Master Aged maturation process: every stage of the production process is meticulously monitored, starting from the fifth day, to ensure optimal humidity and temperature levels for a minimum of 360 days in dedicated maturation chambers.
With the launch of the Toscano Master Aged Series 5, Manifatture Sigaro Toscano continues its commitment to crafting premium-quality cigars. This new release is a testament to the brand’s dedication and innovation while remaining faithful to a tradition that has been shaping the art of cigar-making for over 200 years.
It is sold in boxes of 30 cigars and the MSRP for a pack is $282 ($9,40 per cigar). It is already available and it was featured by Manifatture Sigaro Toscano also during the 2025 PCA.
