The La Aurora 115th Anniversary Toro is part of the 115th Anniversary line from La Aurora, created to commemorate the company’s founding in 1903. The project was first announced in September 2018 at the InterTabac trade show in Dortmund, Germany.
The 115th Anniversary series consists of three distinct releases: a regular production line, a Limited Edition, and a Jar Edition. Initial limited formats began reaching distribution in early 2019, while the regular production line was officially launched in July 2019 following its presentation at the IPCPR (now PCA) trade show in Las Vegas.
The regular production line, which includes the Toro vitola (5 3/4 x 54), was released in four sizes: Robusto (5 x 50) Toro (5 3/4 x 54) Belicoso (6 1/4 x 52) Gran Toro (6 x 58).
