Por Larrañaga Intemporales Édición Regional Suiza: the cold draw reveals clean tobacco with a hint of spice. Once lit, a light milk coffee aroma is revealed with a honey nuance.
The first third delivers a mix of wood and nuts, next to the milk coffee and honey. The profile is gentle and restrained, with the strength sitting at a mild-medium level (2/5).
The second third confirms the profile, maintaining the same character and strength as before.
The final third sees a bitterness emerge, which gradually takes over and diminishes the elegance of the earlier thirds. Strength remains unchanged.
Overall, the Por Larrañaga Intemporales Édición Regional Suiza is a delicate cigar that performs best in its first two-thirds. The bitterness that appears in the final section detracts from an otherwise refined but linear smoke.
