The legendary Juan Lopez brand is making a comeback in the U.S. Market after over 10 years.
Founded in 1876 by Juan Lopez Sena, the brand has maintained a loyal following thanks to its unique blends and small-batch production. “Our goal was to create something for U.S. traditional Cuban cigar smokers while appealing to modern consumers,” says Senior Brand Manager Nick Libretti.
Crafted at Tabacalera Isla by Hostos Fernandez Quesada, the new Juan Lopez features a blend of three Dominican fillers, a Habano binder, and an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper.
Available in three sizes from the original line: Campanas (52 x 140mm – 5 ½”, MSRP: $304.50), Maximos (48 x 152mm – 6″, MSRP: $299.25), and Selección Especial (6.75×52, MSRP: $309.75)—the cigars will be sold in boxes of 21 and custom-made 4-packs available later this year, exclusively distributed by Santa Clara Cigars.
