Because of the current situation, the Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe GmbH has decided against going ahead with its plans for this year’s events.Β It will return to be a tobacco industry platform once again in September of 2022. The dual trade fairs are scheduled for September 15th-17th, 2022. Participants from around the world will once again be able to convene in Dortmund, Germany. They can discover the latest products, trends, and the manufacturing processes behind tobacco products, e-cigarettes, pipes, and shishas. The event will once again offer participants an ideal platform for discussing, sharing and interacting, and for placing and taking orders. There will also be exclusive tastings, conferences, and even more supporting programs. Leading experts will offer a wide range of information on key industry topics. Some of the topics will be in areas such as new legal frameworks and political decision-making.
Tastings and pairings will complement the trade fairs portfolio. There will be multi-sensory taste experiences for trade visitors centering around new trends and tobacco products. βWorking closely with the industry associations and partner associations, the conceptual sponsors, the advisory board, and the exhibitors of these twin fairs, it has become clear that the vast majority are against holding the events this September, as previously announced,β said Sabine Loos, Managing Director of Westfalenhallen Unternehmensgruppe GmbH. βAlongside InterTabac with its superb record of success over several decades, InterSupply has now also been able to establish itself as a firm feature in the tobacco industry diary,β added Loos.
