For the second time this year, Davidoff Cigars surprises its loyal fans with a limited edition of an iconic White Band Collection cigar which was most beloved in its day. As part of its The Difference campaign, the brand launches the Millennium Lancero Limited Edition Collection, restaging the former Millennium Blend Lancero.
The Millennium Blend Lancero measures 40 x 178mm (7″), and the blend includes an Ecuadorian 151 hybrid wrapper over a Mexican binder and Dominican filler. The Lancero comes in a slide-lid ten-count box set to retail for $290.
Davidoff expects this release to be a treat for many: “Back in its day, the Millennium Blend Lancero was renowned for being the format to fully enjoy the blend’s special 151 wrapper. Today, the reborn limited-edition cigar once again stands representative of our ceaseless pursuit for perfection. The launch of the Millennium Lancero Limited Edition Collection marks the second out of four limited-edition releases within the framework of the brand’s “Cigar History Re-Rolled” concept, which in turn is an integral part of Davidoff’s The Difference campaign. The Difference aims to inform Davidoff’s loyal fans with interesting and detailed insights into the brand’s unique cigar creation process. From 6 April 2023, the Davidoff Millennium Lancero Limited Edition Collection will be available at select Davidoff Appointed Merchants, premium cigar retailers, and in all Davidoff of Geneva since 1911 flagship stores.
