Casa Carrillo announces the release of Pledge Purple, a Premier Collection cigar commemorating the five-year anniversary of Pledge Prequel.
To celebrate this milestone, Casa Carrillo set aside a portion of the exceptional Havana-seed Connecticut wrapper from the original Pledge Prequel crop, grown in the renowned Connecticut River Valley. This wrapper has been aged for nearly a decade.
Pledge Purple features a new blend that showcases the evolved wrapper, combining it with a Mexican binder and Nicaraguan fillers from Estelí, Condega, and Ometepe.
The Toro (54 x 152mm – 6″) is limited to 3,500 boxes, each containing 10 cigars with a suggested retail price of $18 per cigar, Pledge Purple will begin shipping to select retailers in early March.
