Artesano Del Tobacco announced the launch of its latest addition to the El Pulpo cigar line: the new EL Pulpo Lancero, affectionately named “The Eel”.

The majority expressed their desire for a Lancero that showcases the beauty of our San Andreas Maduro wrapper. We believe they are absolutely right; this size not only celebrates but highlights our well-aged San Andreas Maduro wrapper.
“The Eel” maintains the same blend as the original El Pulpo cigars, featuring a rich Mexican San Andreas Maduro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. A unique fermentation process for the wrapper and binder sets this new size apart, which is supposed to enhance the sweetness of the flavor profile.
This pigtail Lancero measures 38 x 178 mm (7”) and is crafted at AJ Fernandez in Nicaragua. It is packaged in a beautifully designed 10-ct wooden box that mirrors the original El Pulpo packaging. They will start shipping to cigar stores nationwide on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025.
