Casdagli Cigars has unveiled three new releases at InterTabac: the continuation of the Brothers of the Sabre Line, the global launch of the Dominita Line, and the Daughters of the Wind Rosado Line.
The Brothers of the Sabre Line introduces Flamboyant and Custodian, inspired by contrasting figures of the Napoleonic era. Flamboyant honors Joachim Murat, a celebrated cavalry commander known for his daring tactics, while Custodian pays tribute to Lieutenant-General Sir Hudson Lowe, who was the custodian of Napoleon during his exile.
Each series is blended by Hendrik Kelner Jr. at the Kelner Boutique Factory in the Dominican Republic. Flamboyant features Dominican filler with a Dominican binder and Ecuadorian wrapper, while Custodian combines Dominican, Zimbabwean, and USA fillers with a Dominican binder and Ecuadorian wrapper. Each series debuts in two vitolas: Toro and Piramide. The Flamboyant Toro and Custodian Toro measure 6 x 52 and carry an MSRP of $20, while the Flamboyant Piramide and Custodian Piramide measure 6 x 49 and carry an MSRP of $24. All four come packaged in natural cedar piano-top boxes of 20 cigars.
The Dominita Line features Petit Exquisito cigars, highlighting remarkable Dominican tobaccos from the Flor de los Reyes plantation. The first two releases celebrate Corojo Original and Corojo 2012, both handcrafted from 100% long-filler tobacco.
Both releases share the 4 x 35 vitola, packaged in 10-count cardboard boxes at an MSRP of $5.50 per cigar. The Corojo Original is built entirely from Corojo Original tobacco from the Dominican Republic for wrapper, binder, and filler, while the Corojo 2012 uses Corojo 2012 tobacco from the Dominican Republic throughout. Both are manufactured exclusively at Flor de los Reyes in Navarrete, Dominican Republic.
The Daughters of the Wind Rosado Line introduces a new expression with a sun-grown Habano Rosado wrapper from Costa Rica. The Rosado Line also continues the equestrian heritage woven into the Daughters of the Wind collection. Following Rabicano, Calico, Cremello and Sabino, the name Rosado refers to another rare horse coat color.
Handcrafted at the exclusive IGM Cigars boutique factory in San Jose, Costa Rica, the Rosado blend pairs the Habano Rosado wrapper with a Costa Rican binder and carefully selected fillers from Nicaragua, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica. Developed by boutique factory IGM and grown on the factory’s own plantation in the mountains of Puriscal, the Habano Rosado wrapper comes from one of the first harvests made available to Casdagli Cigars.
It launches in five vitolas, all packaged in 20-count plain wooden slide-top boxes. The Robusto measures 5 x 50 at an MSRP of $16, the Toro measures 6 x 52 at $24, the Durra is a box-pressed Piramide measuring 6 x 52 at $22, the Figurado measures 6 1/2 x 60 at $25.40, and the Lonsdale measures 7 x 42 at $22. The Robusto, Toro, Durra, and Figurado each use a filler of Nicaraguan, Dominican, and Costa Rican tobacco, while the Lonsdale uses a filler of Peruvian, Dominican, and Costa Rican tobacco.
All three lines will be available to ship worldwide from mid-September 2026.
