Davidoff Cigars honors the Chinese zodiac once again with the launch of its Year of the Horse Limited Edition.
The Year of the Horse celebrates grace and independence through a series of exclusive releases crafted entirely from proprietary hybrid tobaccos, including three vintage Dominican fillers. The star of the collection is the toro especial (55 x 165mm – 6 ½”), a new format for Davidoff.
For flagship stores, a Torpedo (52 x 152mm – 6”) will be available in just 600 boxes worldwide. Collectors can acquire the Gran Toro (56 x 152mm – 6”) exclusively with the Masterpiece Humidor, limited to 20 individually handcrafted pieces.
Each humidor features a hand-painted and straw marquetry depiction of a rearing horse by artists Chengyu Wang and Agnès Paul-Depasse, containing 88 cigars symbolizing prosperity.
Complementing the release is a limited Accessories Gift Set of 328 pieces, featuring a porcelain ashtray, a leather case, and a golden double-blade cutter inspired by the collection’s red-and-green design.
The Davidoff Year of the Horse cigars and accessories will be available starting November 20, 2025, at select appointed merchants and flagship stores worldwide.
