At PCA this spring, Tatuaje introduced a special collection of cigars featuring Corojo wrappers from Nicaragua, cultivated by the Garcia family. While the Tatuaje 7th Corojo is already available nationwide, three new Limited Releases are set to ship to select retailers: the Tatuaje T110 Corojo, Tatuaje Cohete Corojo, and Tatuaje Avión 13 Corojo.
The Tatuaje T110 Corojo, based on the “Thermonuclear” blend, is rolled in a 52 x 111 mm (4 3/8″) format and priced at $12.00 per cigar, with a limited run of 4,000 boxes of 25 (100,000 cigars). This marks the first time it will appear with a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper.
The Tatuaje Cohete Corojo, meaning “rocket,” is a Petite Robusto measuring 50 x 102 mm (4″), with an MSRP of $10.00 per cigar and limited to 2,000 boxes of 25 (50,000 cigars). This is its first release with a Corojo wrapper as well.
The Tatuaje Avión 13 Corojo, a Double Perfecto based on the Fausto blend, measures 52 x 175 mm (6 7/8″) and has an MSRP of $13.00 per cigar. It will also be limited to 2,000 boxes of 25 (50,000 cigars) and features an all-Nicaraguan blend, marking its first Corojo wrapper release.
All three limited editions will begin shipping to select retailers at the end of August.
