Excellent construction, that continues with the high standards of the El Güegüense brand. The cigar is dressed in a rough and oily wrapper.
The Wiseman Maduro Corona Gorda: unlit, the cigar presents intense hints of black pepper. An explosion of cocoa beans and black pepper starts out the smoke.
In the first third, toasted notes of espresso come reach the palate, alternating with earth and seasoned wood. Strength is immediately full bodied (5/5)
In the second third, it continues with the intense notes of earth and coffee. Spices are perceptible in the background. The smoke is incredibly intense and the strength remains full, even though it decreases slightly compared to the first third (4.5/5).
Balsamic herbs appear in the last third. The finale turns to rich notes of dark chocolate and peanuts. The strength in the final third is medium – full (4/5).
Overall, The Wiseman Maduro Corona Gorda emits an explosive smoke, especially in the first third, where the strength is full. The flavor intensity, on the other hand, remains at the highest levels throughout the smoke. The pronounced evolution and exceptional persistence make this cigar a masterpiece.
