When the Scandinavian Tobacco Group bought Alec Bradley Cigars, it was clear what Alan Rubin’s role going forward would be, advisor on the Alec Bradley brand for STG. It was not wholly finalized what would happen to the remaining workforce of the Alec Bradley company.
Now, the brothers and namesake of the brand, Alec and Bradley Rubin, are part of STG, together with Jonathan Lipson, former head of sales and marketing. Alec Rubin takes the position of brand manager, strategic partnerships and will focus on developing relationships for Alec Bradley brands among influential lifestyle brands outside the premium cigar category.
Bradley Rubin will serve as the face of the brand and guide Alec Bradley’s creative direction, branding, and social media. Lastly, Jonathan Lipson’s new position will be the senior brand manager, and he will continue to guide the marketing, product development, and consumer engagement for the Alec Bradley brands.
