Quesada Q D’Etat Daga

Quesada Q D’Etat Daga: the cold draw reveals hints of cocoa. The first puffs outline cocoa, hot spices, and bitter notes, with vegetal nuances.

The first third immediately sees the bitter sensations fade away and releases intense notes of earth and cocoa, supported by a black pepper spice. Strength stands at a medium level (3/5).

In the central section, the spices become more pronounced with intense notes of black pepper and hot spices. Earth and cocoa remain perceptible, now followed by seasoned wood. The strength grows, becoming medium-full (4/5).

The beginning of the last third continues on the notes of earth. The spices remain present but have moved to the background and black pepper is confirmed. The same goes for the wood; although present, it is now less pronounced. However, roasted notes of coffee beans appear. Approaching the finale, the spices return to the foreground with a blast of hot spices and black pepper. Strength remains constant (4/5).

Overall, the Quesada Q D’Etat Daga releases a balanced and round smoke. The large size does not disappoint in terms of evolution, with a well-varied profile in each third, with the flavor profile gradually becoming broader and more structured. Only the very last part of the smoke sees an involution that leads the profile to have a preponderant spicy component, covering the rest of the flavors. However, it remains a satisfying cigar with a prolonged finish.
