TASTING NOTES PUNI NOVA BATCH 03

Nose: the first impact is spicy and quickly reveals white pepper, cinnamon and cardamom. Afterwards, green pepper appears as well. It gradually outlines suave fruity note (melon, white peaches and also a mix of tropical fruits, the latter is of minor intensity). Notes of bitter banana and green apples complete the aromatic palette, the latter becoming more present after a few moments. The evolution of the spices is interesting.

Palate: spices are present; light initially, they then increase in intensity and shaping in to white pepper, saffron and cinnamon. The spices are well balanced and never covers the rest of the aromatic palette, compost of yellow and white fruits (in line with what was perceived on the nose) and dried fruits: dates, figs and almonds.

Finale: of medium persistency; outlined by balsamic notes of eucalyptus, spices, yellow fruits and a suave hint of wood.

Puni Nova improves year after year. Having tried it during its release, we can confirm the constant improvement of this product and its distillery, that has become a solid producer. We expect a lot from this product that, already today, is more than interesting.
