The Macanudo Inspirado Orange Lancero is the latest format included in the Orange line, which was launched in 2014. Subsequently, in 2022, the line underwent a change in the wrapper leaf to make the offer of the various Inspirado lines more uniform.
For the wrapper, in particular, a Honduran Olancho San Augustin is currently used, a binder grown in the Jamastran Valley (Honduras), and a filler made up of Dominican Piloto Cubano, Jamastran Valley, and Ometepe (Nicaragua). The cigars are sold in 20-ct boxes.
The cigars are dressed in a Colorado-colored wrapper with red reflections. It appears slightly rough to the touch with evident but not too pronounced veins. The filling seems uniform, and the overall construction is good.

Macanudo Inspirado Orange Lancero: a leather scent emerges in the cold draw, enriched by hints of nuts and spices.
Overall, the Macanudo Inspirado Orange Lancero is an interesting product due to the size and the smoke that comes from it. It is a product with well-defined aromas and a fairly broad flavor profile, all supported by sustained but never brute strength to the point of covering the profile. The spicy note, which is around for the majority of the smoke, is very interesting. A product to be enjoyed with the right amount of attention, even in the morning, as long as you have put something in your stomach first.
