Lampert Cigars ships Don Patron

Lampert Cigars has begun shipping the updated “Don Patron” to retailers. The Don Patron comes in a single 52 x 152mm (6″) Toro size.

While the box and the cigar band have changed, the blend remains the same—namely, a two-year-old Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over a three-year-old Ecuadorian binder. The Dominican and Peruvian Pelo d’Oro filler tobaccos are three and five years old, respectively.

Don Patron is a regular production line made at the Tabacos de Costa Rica factory in, you guessed it, Costa Rica. The packaging has been switched from a previous twenty-count box to a ten-count box, with a suggested retail price of $15 per cigar.
