Kilchoman is the only Islay distillery that produces whisky in-house from the barley fields to the ageing and bottling process. Kilchoman Sanaig is one of their core-range product. The distilley opened in 2005, after 124 years of quiet on the island.

TASTING NOTES KILCHOMAN SANAIG
Nose: peat and smoke notes come first, followed by bacon, vanilla and citrus fruit: lemon and citron.
Palate: citron and lemon along with tangerine notes. The peat is not overpowering. Black pepper and minerality in the background.
Finish: medium to long. Again peat, spices and citrus fruit.
Round and mellow. The everlasting peat and citrus fruit give the spirit a very fresh note.
