Joya de Nicaragua Numero Uno L’Attaché belongs to the brand’s line of the same name, which is part of the Obras Maestras selection. The Numero Uno line was originally a cigar that Joya de Nicaragua produced exclusively for diplomatic channels, then put into production for aficionados worldwide.
L’Attaché, in particular, was first produced as a store-exclusive for Up Down, a retailer based in Chigaco, Illinois. Due to its popularity, it was later included in the regular lineup, which to date counts three sizes.
The cigars are sold in elegant bright blue lacquered boxes of 25 units.
The cigar is wrapped in a shiny Colorado Claro-colored leaf with golden reflections. It is pretty smooth to the touch with slightly marked veins. The construction and filling are excellent.
