On the other hand, two pairs of alembic stills guarantee a good production, quantitatively speaking. The bottle in question is the official 20 year, fully matured in ex-Sherry casks.

TASTING NOTES DEANSTON 20 SHERRY
Nose: Buttery notes and a touch of fruit (strawberries and sour cherries) complete the perception on the nose.
Palate: the first sip is gentle and sweet; soon the spices tickle the taste buds. It is round and oily. Intensity is growing.
Finish: long and intense. Bitter red fruits, espresso coffee, cocoa and intense spicy notes are perceived.
Even if the Deanston 20 Sherry is produced by a distillery that is not among the best known, this product deserves a closer look. It is well balanced and has an interesting complexity.
