Davidoff Black Band Limited Edition 2022

Davidoff Cigars releases a limited edition Gran Toro cigar that combines the best of the landmark tobaccos of the Black Band Collection (also known as the Discovery series) lines Escurio, Nicaragua, and Yamasá.

“Our Black Band Collection lines depict the elements earth, water, and fire. With their exceptional tobaccos originating in Brazil, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic, our Escurio, Nicaragua, and Yamasá lines have always been an adventure in taste. I am proud that with our new Davidoff Black Band Limited Edition, we combine the best of these three strong blends and create an exciting cigar for those seeking to discover new experiences and a fair bit of alternation in their cigar enjoyment”, says Edward Simon, CMO at Oettinger Davidoff AG.

In detail, the blend is made up of an Ecuadorian wrapper over a Brazilian Seco binder. The filler consists of five tobaccos: Brazilian Mata Fina Seco, Nicaraguan Secos from Esteli and Jalapa, Dominican Hybrid 20-20 Seco, and San Vincente Mejorado Viso.

This Gran Toro comes in a 58 x 140mm (5 1/2″) size and is sold in 12-count boxes. The retail price is $32 per cigar, and the release is limited to 13,500 boxes worldwide and should be available from May 5 on.
