TASTING NOTES COLLECTIVUM XXVIII
Nose: There is also a light and elusive smoky hint of bacon and peat. LastlyThe high alcohol content does not present any problems while taste testing.
Palate: good initial intensity, supported by spicy hints in crescendo, among which are mainly white pepper and cardamom. The flavors are many, well amalgamated and mainly fruity: apricot, plum, yellow pear and then dried fruits, among which we can distinguish dates, figs and raisins. From the second sip onwards emerges a mineral note, slightly peated, joined by hints of black pepper and red fruits.
