For the second consecutive year Tabacalera S.L.U., Habanos distributor for Spain, presents a Chinese New Year cigar. This year it is the Cohiba Robusto Year of the Pig or better Año del Cerdo.
This years limited edition, dedicated to the year of the pig, it comes in a Robusto size measuring 50 x 124 mm (5″) in length. The cigar is basically a regular production Cohiba Robusto, with a new band on the foot. Furthermore, the cigar itself has been aged in the Tabacalera S.L.U. warehouses for 8 years.
Cohiba Robusto’s Years of the Pig packaging is in contrast to the releases of other brands, where they use the colores red and gold in profusion. In this case, the boxes are black lacquered, with gold lettering and iconography. Each box contains 16 cigars, arranged on two rows of 8, which is the lucky number in China.
Cohiba Robusto Year Of The Pig is limited to 3.000 boxes, exclusively for the Spanish market. Price is set at € 440.00 per box.
Year of the Pig follows the Cohiba Maduro 5 Magicos and Secretos Year of the Dog editions from 2018.
