TASTING NOTES CASTAREDE VS

Nose: high alcohol impact, especially in the first instance. After a few minutes, spices (white pepper) and white grapes appear. It then delivers black tea in infusion and cocoa beans. After a few moments, the aromatic palette is then completed by grapes and wild strawberries.

Palate: the mouthfeel is slightly spicy. Fruity notes of red apple and peach get developed. Spices (green pepper) appear once again after a few moments. The cocoa beans are also perceptible.

Finish: medium-short persistence. It releases hints of black pepper, cocoa beans and red fruit (a mix of cherry and sour cherry).

The Castarède VS is a product that slightly evolves with time. To the palate it is initially undertone but it behaves well on the “long distance”. The finish is not particularly intense, emphasizing the youth of the product.
