Camus is one of the large cognac companies that still has a family management and is located right in the heart of the Borderies region. Camus Borderies XO Cognac is made using eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from the Borderies region, making it the only cognac of this type currently on the market. The maturation, as per tradition, takes place in French oak barrels, coming from the Limousine forest. The eaux-de-vie, for this Borderies XO, are aged for at least 10 years.
