Nose
aromas of banana, floral notes, varnish and nuts, where the walnut stands out. Lastly, hints of cinnamon are revealed.
Palate
it is particularly velvety. Spices (pepper), leather and intense notes of honey are released. Caramel and oak complete the flavor profile.
Finish
finish is above medium. A mix of honey and spicy notes are perceptible.
Overall, Bernheim Original is a very balanced whiskey, which is round and velvety on the palate. It has an interesting and fairly structured flavor profile.
