The Aladino Habano Vintage Selection was introduced last year as a single-size line. It is an homage to what the Eiroa family considered the golden era of Cuban cigars. They refer to blends that were made with Habano wrappers and Corojo fillers. The cigars are sold in 50-count boxes.
Another interesting fact is that the cigars were rolled back in 2015-16. Earlier this year, JRE Tobacco shipped two additional sizes to retailers.
The Colorado Maduro-colored wrapper is smooth to the touch with minimal veins. Construction is uniform, and filling is very generous.

Aladino Vintage Selection Rothschild: the cold draw brings a mix of spices, wood, and vegetal notes to the palate. Once lit, the cigar opens with toasted nuts and spices.
Overall, the Aladino Habano Vintage Selection Rothschild is a flavorful and balanced smoke. The profile is quite complex for the size, and the evolution is decent. Since the cigar has already aged 4-5 years, it is interesting to see how well the blend will hold up a couple of years from now.
