AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Habano Robusto

AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Habano Robusto

AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Habano Robusto 1600 900 Luca Cominelli

The AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Habano Robusto is the cigar with the shorter smoking time if compared to the other three vitolas in the Habano line. They come in 10-count boxes. The blend changes quite a lot compared to the Maduro version of the line. The Habano is easily recognizable due to its red and golden labels.

The cigars are dressed up in a Colorado leaf. They are well box-pressed, and the overall construction is flawless.

AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Habano Robusto

AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Habano Robusto: the cold draw reveals scents of earth. The opening brings to the palate notes of spices and undergrowth.

AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Habano Robusto

The first third delivers a mix of hazelnut and earth. The spices, mainly black pepper, are confirmed. The strength is a little above the medium (3.5/5).

The middle thirds confirm the black pepper, now flanked by wood and wood resin. The strength doesn’t change (3.5/5).

In the last third, earth and wood keep on alternating. The strength stays constant as well (3.5/5) for a well-balanced finale.

Overall, the AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Habano Robusto is a cigar with an excellent balance and a perfect construction and burn line. The flavor profile is limited in terms of the number of flavors and evolution, making it static. However, it is still quite an enjoyable smoke.
