In 2014, the Winston Churchill branded cigars underwent a complete redesign. After a couple of new lines, the first limited edition was released back in 2016. The third and latest one is the 2019 edition, called the Traveller. Incredibly creamy cigar, buttery, to say the least. The flavor profile is very structured and deep. Extremely complex.
A mix of walnut and hazelnut opens the smoke, supported by black pepper. Then vegetal and earthy aromas take over, while spices become more and more pronounced, culminating in hot peaks. The finish is toasted.

HOW ARE THE AWARDS MADE?
Among the cigars tested during the year in blind tastings and reviews, those that scored the best score get re-selected. These products were then tested once again in a new blind tasting, which means not knowing what they are during the tasting. The test results are then compared and the TOP 5 are made.
Since 2015, CigarsLover Magazine has focused on terroirs, in order to give the right space to all the producing countries.
From 2018, the TOP 5 were paired with the TOP 50, which lists the 50 best cigars without distinction of origin. This list, together with the Best Brands, the Best Buy and the Best Boutique Brands, will be published in Winter 2019 issue of CigarsLover Magazine.
