Espinosa Premium Cigars is preparing for the 2026 PCA Convention & Trade Show with an impressive lineup of releases, including a new line extension, several anticipated annual returns, commemorative projects, and two special incentive cigars aimed at rewarding key retail partners and loyal customers.
Erik Espinosa stated, “The goal was to create a lineup that feels complete. Retailers will receive something new, something familiar, pieces with real commemorative value, and a couple of releases rewarding the partners who have been with us the longest. This 2026 PCA lineup is about clarity. It includes a new release, several annual returns that people look forward to, a culturally significant addition to the Las 6 Provincias series, a commemorative patriotic re-release, and two non-retail pieces designed to reward the accounts that helped build these brands.”
Leading the lineup is Laranja Hybrid, the newest addition to Espinosa’s 2026 PCA portfolio and a fresh extension of one of the company’s most recognized brands. The lineup also features annual favorites such as 601 La Bomba Warhead 12 and Knuckle Sandwich Chef Special 2026, as well as the commemorative Warhead: Independence Day 250 Years and the latest installment in the Las 6 Provincias series, Las 6 Provincias Miami, which honors Miami as the unofficial “seventh province” of Cuba. Rounding out the collection are two non-retail incentive pieces: 601 Blue 20th Anniversary and Knuckle Sandwich Avant-Garde, both created as commemorative rewards instead of traditional retail releases.
The centerpiece of the 2026 lineup is Laranja Hybrid, the fourth installment in the Laranja series and the newest addition to this year’s PCA presentation. This line, recognized for incorporating Brazilian tobaccos into a balanced, flavor-forward profile, expands its identity with a new blend designed to evolve the series while maintaining its core characteristics.
Laranja Hybrid features an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and a filler blend that combines Nicaraguan and Brazilian tobaccos. It will be offered in two box-pressed sizes: Short Churchill (48 x 152 mm – 6″) at an MSRP of $11.50 and Toro (52 x 152 mm -6″) at $12.00, both packaged in 10-count boxes.

The 2026 PCA lineup from Espinosa also includes several annual releases that have established strong identities within the company’s portfolio.
601 La Bomba Warhead 12 continues the Warhead series with a 58 x 156 mm (6 ⅛”) box-pressed vitola, featuring a Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. It will retail for $15 per cigar, packaged in 10-count boxes priced at $150 MSRP.

Knuckle Sandwich Chef Special 2026 marks the latest annual return in the Knuckle Sandwich portfolio. This year’s release features a Mexican claro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers, and comes in a 54 x 152 mm (6″) oval-pressed Toro. It will retail for $16 per cigar, packaged in 10-count boxes with an MSRP of $160.
Guy Fieri, founder of Knuckle Sandwich, expressed, “Man, I’ve been fortunate to be part of a lot of things in my career, but to have a brand like Knuckle Sandwich come out swinging and continue to grow is something special. These new releases have personality, they pack a punch, and they don’t try to be something they’re not. That’s what I love. It’s real, it’s bold, and it’s built for people who actually enjoy the ride, not just talk about it.”

Also returning is Warhead: Independence Day, a commemorative follow-up to the 2025 Independence Day project, now reintroduced as a regular release timed to the 250th anniversary of American independence. This cigar is a 56 x 146 mm (5 ¾”) Robusto Extra, featuring a dark Ecuadorian wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler, and will retail for $16 per cigar in 10-count boxes priced at $160 MSRP.

One of the most culturally significant releases in the 2026 portfolio is Las 6 Provincias Miami, the latest installment in a series that traditionally pays tribute to Cuba’s original six provinces. With this release, Erik Espinosa expands the concept beyond geography into identity, acknowledging the generations of Cuban exiles and families who have preserved and promoted their culture, significantly contributing to what Miami is today. In every sense, it serves as the unofficial seventh province.
Las 6 Provincias Miami features a 55 x 159 mm (6 ¼”) vitola, wrapped in a Nicaraguan-grown hybrid wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers. It is priced at $18 per cigar, with 20-count boxes available at an MSRP of $360. Production will be limited to 1,000 boxes.
Erik Espinosa Jr. shared, “With Las 6 Provincias, the packaging must carry the emotional and historical weight behind the release. Miami wasn’t something we could treat casually—it had to belong in that series. The artwork needed to reflect that this wasn’t just another city release, but a cultural extension of Cuba. That line has always represented more than just putting a cigar in a box. With Miami, the packaging had to immediately create a sense of identity. You should be able to look at it and understand that this release signifies something beyond the size and blend.”

In addition to its for-sale PCA offerings, Espinosa will also debut two special releases that will not be available for retail purchase, serving instead as commemorative incentive pieces.
The 601 Blue 20th Anniversary celebrates two decades of one of the foundational brands in Erik Espinosa’s career and the company’s history. This cigar is a 56 x 171 mm (6 ¾”) Oval Toro Grande, made with a Broadleaf wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers. Rather than being sold through traditional channels, it will be available as a special release for select retail partners and their most loyal customers.

Knuckle Sandwich Avant-Garde also falls into this incentive category. It features an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers in a 54 x 152 mm (6″) Toro format. Similar to the 601 Blue 20th Anniversary, Avant-Garde is not a standard retail item but a commemorative promotional release reserved for qualifying accounts and supporters of the Knuckle Sandwich brand.
Hector Alfonso Sr., master blender for Espinosa Premium Cigars, stated, “Across the board, whether we were working on a true new release like Laranja Hybrid or revisiting one of our annual and commemorative projects, the standard remained the same: the blend had to justify the release. We’re not interested in making changes just for the sake of change. Every cigar must make sense within its line, stay true to its identity, and still bring something distinct to the table. If the blend doesn’t justify the release, then there’s no reason to do it.”
