Alec Bradley’s Chunk series is taking a lighter approach with the new Chunk Shade, which started shipping to retailers this month. Unlike last year’s Chunk Maduro, Chunk Shade features a light Connecticut-seed wrapper from Honduras.
Produced at the HATSA factory in Honduras, Chunk Shade is a blend of Nicaraguan, Honduran, and Dominican fillers, designed to be mild to medium-bodied. It’s available in three sizes: XL (60 x 102mm / 4″, $5.99), 3XL (66 x 102mm / 4″, $7.69), and 4XL (80 x 102mm / 4″, $8.49), with the first two sizes coming in boxes of 20 and the 4XL in boxes of 18.
