The Philippine producers Tabacalera Incorporada presents new lines for the American market:

Don Juan Urquijo (DJU) 20 Anniversario: the cigar is made from vintage tobaccos. The blend is a mix of Dominican leaves and and Brazilian Matanorte for the filler, a Pais binder (cultivated from Cuban seeds in the Philippines) and a Brazilian Sumatra wrapper. It will be available in three sizes:

  • Corona (44 x 140 mm)
  • Robusto (50 x 127 mm)
  • Toro (52 x 152 mm)

Prices varies from $ 5.85 and $ 7,32 depending on the size.Don-Juan-Urquijo

Don Juan Urquijo Perique and 1881 Perique Bold:  the first has the same blend as the original DJU, with the addition of Perique tobacco from Louisiana. The blend is made of a Brasilian Sumatra wrapper (aged up to 6 years), a Pais binder and a mix of Dominican Seco and Ligero, Brazilian Matanorte and Louisiana Perique (some of which are aged for up to 17 years) for the filler. The available sizes are:

  • Robusto (50 x 127 mm)
  • Toro (52 x 152 mm)

With respective prices of $ 7,08 and 7,67.

The DJU Perique 1881 will instead be imported in the Natural and Maduro versions. Four are the sizes:

  • Robusto (55 x 127 mm)
  • Short Robusto (55 x 101 mm),
  • Toro (52 x 152 mm)
  • Torpedo (52 x 127 mm)

Prices start at $ 8 up to circa $ 13.

Tabacalera Gran Reserva: there will be three version of this cigar, that will have different wrappers: Natural Bahia from Brazil, Connecticut and Maduro. The tobaccos used are vintage, with a very long aging. Available in just one size:

Finally, the Tabacalera Maduro Edicion, wrapped in a Maduro Oscuro wrapper. Availabel in the sizes:

  • Corona (5 1/2 x 44),
  • Robusto (55 x 127 mm)

  • Torpedo (52 x 127 mm)
