New Toscano Originale Italia 1891

New Toscano Originale Italia 1891

New Toscano Originale Italia 1891 1368 768 Giuseppe Mitolo

A new Manifatture Sigaro Toscano cigar has been in distribution for a few days now, the Originale Italia 1891. In reality, rather than a new cigar, it would be more correct to define it as a renewed product in the blend.

Although the official information related to the blend is not disclosed in detail, it is certainly that there is a mix of Italian and North American Kentucky tobaccos in the blend. However, since this blend is the same as that used for the Toscano Originale, what changes is the wrapper. Instead of the usual North American leaf it uses one grown in Valtiberina, Italy.

The use of this wrapper is then resumed in the name of the product (Italia), accompanied by the year 1891. The year celebrates the moment in which the cultivation of Kentucky tobacco was officially introduced in Italy (although the first experiments date back to the mid-1800s ).

Unchanged the fact that its is a medium filler cigar, as well as the retail package containing two cigars. The cost is Euro 6.00, 0.20 cents less than the Toscano Originale.

A review of the product will follow.
