Nose
Intense note of orange jam get delivered together with raisins and a liquory note. Then a touch of cocoa
is added. Peppery hints.
Palate
Ripe fruit: plums, raisins and exotic fruits are enriched by white pepper and dark chocolate. Sweet
and mellow.
Finish
Medium persistency. White pepper and raisins.
Overall, the Louis Royer XO is equipped with excellent harmony. Thanks to a very successful intertwining of aromas, the flavor profile is structured a with a good complexity to it, but at the same time, it is easy to appreciate.
