TASTING NOTES – LONGROW 18yo

Nose

medium intensity. Peat, with aromas of smoke, medicine,e and earth. Honey, chocolate, and peaches are added later on. Orange in the background. Nice overall experience, with an extended finish.

Palate

slightly bitterer than on the nose, but very pleasant. The structure is oily, of remarkable expressiveness. Orange of good intensity, with sweet notes of custard as well.

Finish

both sweet and sapid, with notes of sweet licorice and medium intensity peat.

Longrow 18yo is a complex and balanced single malt, very intense and tasty. Peat is present and the protagonist, but it integrates into a complex, dense, and expressive flavor profile. The finish is remarkable, pleasant, and structured.
