TASTING NOTES LABERDOLIVE TERRE BOUC 12 YO

Nose

It delivers notes of woods, solvent and varnishes, followed by raisins, some mild smoked wood and a little roughness, which is pleasant. Also honey. It has a nice freshness to it.

Palate

Ripe bananas, candied orange peel, cigar boxes and sweet varnishes. Then, solvents, pine needles and juniper berries. There are also soft wood spices present now.

Finish

medium persistence. Cigar boxes, orange peel and some grit.

Overall, the Laberdolive Terre Bouc 12 years old is a well made, not too woody, armagnac. It has a nice edge/roughness to it.
