The CroMagnon brand is produced by Nica Sueño in Estelì, Nicaragua. The CroMagnon line consists of over ten references. The peculiarity of this cigar lies in the Candela wrapper (a Connecticut seed grown in Ecuador).
The Candela wrapper is bright, uniform and flawless. To the touch, the leaf is very smooth, with slight veins. The general workmanship is more than good, with a great filling and draw.

CroMagnon Fomorian: strong notes of pepper and wood reach the nose, with a nuance reminiscent of leather. The opening is quite sapid well balanced out by an acidic component.
In the first third, the flavor profile is well structured despite the few flavors. Black pepper is prevailing, supported by less marked notes of nuts and wood. Strength is medium (3/5).
The second third remains sapid, but without the acidic component of the opening. Black pepper and the green wood remain unchanged, very pronounced, while the less marked leather note is added. Strength increases becoming medium – full (4/5).
In the last third, the sapid character is flanked by a not too intrusive bitter component. The flavors do not change much. The green wood and the pepper remain unchanged, while a powerful earthiness enters. Strength remains unchanged (4/5).
What stands out in CroMagnon Fomorian is the ample flavor intensity of this RoMa Craft product, at the expense of a rather small evolution. Average complexity and balance, with the strength that sometimes dominates the flavors. This Candela wrapped cigar is recommended for smokers looking for power and a nicotine kick, willing to turn a blind eye to a not particularly broad range of flavors.
