TASTING NOTES BUNNAHABHAIN 2002/2017 WILSON&MORGAN

Nose: white pepper and cinnamon at first, followed by ripe fruits, mainly yellow apple. Alcohol emerges at times, the gradation is however quite high. Vanilla and cotton candy.

Palate: sweet first impact and with an increasing intensity. Vanilla again with hazelnut. The intensity is high.

Finish: long persistence. The intensity is medium to full. Milk chocolate, hazelnut, black pepper and vanilla.

The original spirit has remained intact and the barrel has added sweet and vanilla notes, definitely interesting. To reward in this Bunnahabhain 2002/2017 Wilson&Morgan is the intensity, which is pronounced, and the discrete complexity.
