The Baby Blue Corn is created from blue corn and the whiskey is not aged for long, hence the name “Baby Blue”. The particularity of this spirit lies in the choice of the variety of corn, which has a greater number of oils present in the raw material.

TASTING NOTES BALCONES BABY BLUE CORN

Nose: sweet marshmallow and intense toffee notes. After a few moments, nuances of cocoa followed by a rich aroma of cereals and honey.

Palate: it is honeyed, sweet. Almost chewable. Cereal and toffee are presented again, with a note of hazelnut. Slightly dry.

Finish: medium short. A peppery note, paired with a hint of cinnamon and suave balsamic notes.

Balanced, with a fairly ample flavor profile. It is round, although not particularly complex. Chewable and velvety on the palate.
