Tasting notes MILLSTONE 5 YO
Nose: intense hints of orange peel and citrus, which give off a strong freshness. Field herbs, a hint of red fruits and pear are also perceivable. Oily.
Palate: the orange peel is still present, now followed by oak wood, which are now the major flavors. Notes of nuts (walnut) and caramel are also revealed. Slightly dry. The alcohol content is just right.
Finish: of long persistence. Wood and spices are perceptible.
The aging in American barrels is noticeable. It is harmonious and balanced. You can feel the youth of this spirit,
