The Willett Pot Still Reserve is an immediately recognizable bourbon, due to the bottle in which this whiskey comes in. It is a reproduction of a pot still, completely transparent, which is quite unique in the bourbon scene.
This bourbon, long ago, was bottled starting from single cask. This made the bottles slightly different based on the barrels from which the whiskey came. Nowadays, these possible differences have been eliminated, given that the Willett Pot Still Reserve currently on the market is a bourbon blend.

TASTING NOTES WILLETT POT STILL RESERVE
Overall, the Willett Pot Still Reserve is a whiskey of good intensity and with a medium persistence. It is a product that presents a discreet balance, but we are far from a particularly complex whiskey. More performing on the nose, where it is more structured, than on the palate.
