Romeo y Julieta Piramides Añejados: the cold draw reveals woody notes.
Notes of wood, leather and spices (black pepper) reach the palate in the first third. Chili spice is perceptible as well. Strength is medium (3/5) and the smoke is very creamy.
The second third turns to nutty aromas (hazelnut). Meanwhile the spices are still present in the background, but not as marked as before. Strength stays unchanged.
Roasted notes in the finale. Strength increases to medium full (4/5).
Overall, a very balanced cigar, with an interesting aromatic palette, especially in the first part of the smoke, where it showcases the most complexity. The aromatic intensity is good as well, while the evolution is discrete.
