The name of Rocky Patel’s LB1 line stands for the name used in the factory to identify that exact blend in the making of the cigar. It uses Ligero from the Jamastran Valley in Honduras and Nicaraguan tobacco for the filler, grown on the Rocky Patel farms in Condega and Estelì.
The entire line consists of five sizes, including the Robusto, which is sold in 20 count boxes.
Visually, it is dressed in a Colorado Maduro shaded wrapper leaf, with reddish reflections. The construction is excellent, with a uniform and generous filling.

Rocky Patel LB1 Robusto: the cold draw presents hints of cocoa and black pepper. The opening starts with roasted notes.
Overall, the Rocky Patel LB1 Robusto releases an intense smoke. The evolution in each third is perceptible. The balance between the flavors is excellent, especially in the final part, where the hints of balsamic herbs make the last part even more enjoyable. The only drawback is the rather dry smoke.
