TASTING NOTES RAGTIME RYE WHISKEY
Nose
aromas of very ripe fruit and caramel are perceptible. After a few moments, it is the turn of a blast of dried fruits, among which raisins and plums stand out, enriched with candied strawberries.
Palate
intense notes of oak wood are supported by red fruit and licorice root. Particularly spicy.
Finish
long finish, thanks also to a decidedly high alcoholic component. Spicy notes and nuances of balsamic herbs, menthol, are perceived.
The Ragtime Rye Whiskey is a very intense spirit, thanks also to the particularly pronounced alcohol content which also gives it a long finish. The flavor profile is less performing, in terms of complexity, which is more interesting on the nose than on the palate.
