During the last week, Bruichladdich announced the Octomore 11 series, which features four new single malts. As usual, for the Octomore bottlings, they are non-chill filtered and with no color added. All of the malted barley used in these four single malts is 100% Scottish-grown. Here are the four new Octomore 11:

- Made from Optic barley, distilled in 2009.

- Aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon casks, both 1st and 2nd refill

- Made from Concerto & Propino barley, distilled in 2014

- Aaged for 5 years in first-fill American whiskey casks

- Made from Concerto & Propino barley, distilled in 2013
- 139.6 ppm
- Aged for 5 years. Two batch, one matured exclusively in ex-European oak wine barrels from Pauillac (25% of the bottling), and the second one in ex-American oak whiskey casks and in wine casks
- 58.6% ABV (117,2 proof)
