The new Wise Man Maduro

The new Wise Man Maduro

The new Wise Man Maduro 800 450 Michel Arlia

Foundation Cigars started the distribution of The Wise Man (El Güengüense) Maduro.

 width=

The Wise Man (El Güengüense) Maduro didn’t entirely change compared to the predecessor El Güegüense Natural. The wrapper is now a San Andres from Mexico. Binder is still a Corona 99 from Jalapa, while the Filler (still Nicaragua and similar to the original El Güegüense) sees the addition of some Ligero.

Formats, of the line, are identical:

▪ Churchill, 48 x  178 mm
▪ Corona Gorda, 46 x 143 mm
▪ Robusto, 50 x 127 mm
▪ Toro Huaco, 56 x152 mm
▪ Torpedo, 52 x  158 mm

Nicholas Melillo describes the new creation as follows: “I was looking to create a line extension with a whole different level of complexity and the San Andres wrapper brings just that. The blend encompasses bold flavors of black pepper, dark roast espresso and cacao. Medium plus in body and strength and rounded out with a nutty finish“.

The cigars will be packaged in 25 count boxes and pricing will vary, depending on size, from $9 to $13 per cigar.
