Tasting notes KAVALAN PODIUM

Nose: on first impact, the alcoholic component is the first thing percepted; then follow notes of apple and wood, accompanied by honey and caramel. There are also hints of white pepper.

Palate: spicy, with white pepper in the foreground. It also reveals notes of yellow fruits and apple, followed by citrus and suave notes of wood. Almost imperceptible, but present, cinnamon. Slightly dry.

Finale: medium persistency. Spices, including black pepper, yellow fruits and hints of citrus.

Enveloping and balanced. It results slightly dry, but remains, without a shadow of a doubt, a particularly enjoyable dram.
