Joya de Nicaragua Joya Black Toro: the cold draw reveals notes of earth, cocoa and spices. The cigar starts out spicy.

The first third showcases notes of earth, herbs, cocoa and spices (black pepper in particular). The strength is medium (3/5). The aromas are rich and intense.

The second third sees the cigar become particularly creamy and the intensity gets higher. Roasted coffee notes and herbs reach the palate. The strength increases only slightly (3,5/5).

In the last third the herbs take the lead, followed by aged wood. The coffee is well present and the spices return in the final part, developing rich notes of black pepper. The strength rises to a medium plus (4/5).

Overall a cigar with a great quality/price ratio. Balanced and very intense, it delivers a satisfying smoke, that fully represents the Nicaraguan terroir.
