Mombacho Cigars announced Jared Michaeli Ingrisano as the new President at the company’s 15th Anniversary Festival (pictured above on the left next to founder Cameron Heaps).
Michaeli was previously the Director of Mombacho Cigars and joined the company in 2020. “It was an honor to have the opportunity to get involved in operations and help bring in a new management structure with a clear path toward our long-term vision.”, says Cameron Heaps. “Working with this team to update the company, including lines and packaging coming in the next months, is a true highlight of what we are doing. In addition, cleaning up the restructuring of the US market was essential for us to move forward as a permanent brand and bring to life Favilli. I have all the confidence that Jared and his new management team will create the next 15 years of beauty!”
Michaeli adds, “I cannot thank Cam enough, not just the opportunity but the trust and mentorship he has given me since October of 2020. Permanently moving to Granada to take on directorship was a truly special experience. Amongst the many changes and transitions of 2021 came the correct team with the correct ethic. From that, the beauty behind our embarking toward the next 15 years will be graciously displayed. This year we’ll finally bring to life the company’s unique look, feel, and operation, a culmination of a marathon year of restructuring mixed with 15 years of history.
