TASTING NOTES – HIGHLAND PARK VOYAGE OF THE RAVEN

Nose

To the nose, scents of wood and a mix of red fruit are perceivable. There is also a vegetable touch, accompanied by white pepper hints. Then some peat.

Palate

It delivers wood and a rich spicy aroma of black pepper, soon joined by red fruits. There are also sweet nuances of nuts.

Finish

Persistence is medium. White pepper and balsamic herbs, wrapped in peat and spices.

Overall, the Highland Park Voyage of the Raven is more interesting to the nose than to the palate, where it lacks in deepness and structured, making the youth of the Scotch whisky perceivable. It is equipped with a fairly broad flavor profile.
